A car fire in a parking garage at 200 Old Country Road sent black smoke pouring out onto the Mineola train platform around 7:30am Monday morning July 28.
The blaze was on the third level of the garage and firefighters were quickly on the scene to douse the flames.
Train service did not appear to be affected.
